Joystick mounts on SJC- equipped (Selectable Joystick Controls) machines slide forward and backward independent of the seat, adjusting to the individual comfort positions of different-sized operators. Lighting circuit automatically shuts down to prevent accidental battery discharge when the lights are left on after the work is done.
Cool, clean air is drawn from above through the oil cooler and radiator, with small amounts of hot air from the engine compartment. Air is exhausted out two side vents, keeping hot air away from the operator.
Makes cold engine starts easier.
A keel-shaped undercarriage gives the loader higher ground clearance and sheds debris to the outside much like the way a “V” shaped boat slices through water.
Drive chains on S630-S850 models (120 HSC; High Strength Chain) are 38 percent stronger than those used by competitors and minimize the chances of breaking.
Tracks engine coolant temperature, engine oil pressure and hydraulic oil temperature and shuts down the loader's engine when there's a problem to prevent damage.
Axle bearings are automatically lubricated with chaincase oil and never require manual greasing.
The rugged chaincase is the only maintenance-free chaincase in the industry with exclusive fixed axle tubes, stronger axles, fully sealed bearings, plus the largest chains in the industry.
Chaincase requires no adjustments, ever.
Light output is now increased by over 50 percent. This new lighting system emits a high-intensity beam that illuminates a broad working area around the front of the machine.
Loader radiator and hydraulic oil cooler are well protected between the frame uprights, above the engine and out of danger.
Hoses are run through the loader arms and frame uprights for better protection. High-quality steel tubing is used in the areas that are exposed to outside elements. The simplicity in the design is that hoses are less likely to be snagged and broken if they are not exposed.
Integrated, pressure-release quick couplers are mounted directly into the front plate of the lift arm - with no exposed hoses to damage. Couplers are protected even further with a guard that extends out beyond the coupler.
The lower rear frame sticks out past the tailgate, protecting it from obstacles, scrapes and bumps.
Provides better auxiliary hose routing and security; slide the guide onto your hydraulic hose and clip it on the machine before operation. Clip the house in the attachment frame when it isn’t in use.
