Bobcat in the Community

Community Involvement

At Bobcat, we believe that as good corporate citizens, we have a responsibility to support our environments, communities and partnerships which contribute to our success. As such, we’re proud to be active members, volunteers and donors to the communities in which we have facilities, dealerships, employees and families.

Bobcat has a long history of community involvement, evident by our partnerships with organizations and institutions in North Dakota and beyond. We direct our support in a variety of manners that deliver benefits to and appreciably improve the lives of people within our community.

Since 1984, Bobcat Company has been the corporate sponsor for the North Dakota State Open at the Fargo Country Club, benefitting the many worthwhile programs the of the Village Family Service Center. Through charitable giving and volunteerism, we’re proud to play an active role in helping the Village to offer services to our community. Learn more about the ND Open here.

United Way

Bobcat has enjoyed a long partnership with the United Way. We are proud to join our local community chapters on their quest to make our communities better places to live, work and raise our families through charitable giving and volunteer efforts.

Fargo FloodFargo Flood Relief

In late March 2009, communities in the Red River Valley prepared for disastrous flooding conditions. As the home to Bobcat Company’s World Headquarters, employees, families and friends were affected by the threatening waters. Bobcat staff stepped up to help defend the community – logging thousands of hours operating equipment to assist the National Guard’s flood protection efforts, filling sandbags and staffing volunteer headquarters.
