Human Resources Co-op
We are currently looking for students to participate in our Human Resources co-op program at our corporate headquarters in West Fargo, ND. You’ve spent a great deal of time in the classroom learning about business and human resources, now we’re giving you a chance to put that learning into practice. With a Bobcat co-op, you’ll learn solid business practices from some of the best HR professionals in the industry. You’ll have a hand in supporting employee recruitment, retention and special projects right alongside Bobcat employees. But as much as we have to offer you, we always welcome your fresh new ideas and create an atmosphere in which you can share them.
DESCRIPTION
The co-op experience offers a variety of hands-on-training and exposure to developing and administering effective company Human Resource policies and programs relating to:

REQUIREMENTS
To be considered you should have…
Jr. or Sr. standing seeking a degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
3.0 or higher GPA
Strong background in Microsoft Windows 2000, Windows XP and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint).
Excellent communications skills and high level of motivation.
Commitment to Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op.
