Because of its outstanding quality, Bobcat equipment has received awards and recognition from around the globe. But the thing that has made Bobcat a world leader is undoubtedly its people. Bobcat recruits for our co-op program, available to college juniors or seniors and our global operations leadership develop program, for recent college graduates.

Co-op Program

To participate in Bobcat's co-op program, we don't ask that you have a lot of experience-we'll provide that. Instead, we ask that you have bold aspirations and the initiative to see them through. As a college junior or senior, you can choose an eight month timeframe (a semester and a summer) that best fits your schedule: January-August or May-December. Global Operations Leadership Development Program

If you’re focused, process oriented and a recent college graduate, consider the Bobcat Leadership Development Program in Global Operations. You’ll spend two to three years learning multiple disciplines throughout the organization. Assignments in manufacturing, engineering, sourcing, quality, environmental health and safety and planning and logistics, will provide challenging but rewarding work. Also, you’ll have the opportunity to participate on a global project, where the opportunity to grow personally and professionally are a guarantee.

Once you successfully complete the program, your career possibilities are unlimited. Participation in the Global Operations Leadership Development Program means you’ll be on the fast-track to take on a significantly larger role in the organization.
