To participate in Bobcat's co-op program, we don't ask that you have a lot of experience-we'll provide that. Instead, we ask that you have bold aspirations and the initiative to see them through. As a college junior or senior, you can choose an eight month timeframe (a semester and a summer) that best fits your schedule: January-August or May-December. Opportunities are available in West Fargo, Gwinner, and Bismarck, North Dakota.
Global Operations Leadership Development Program
This positions objective is to provide a rotational program for recent college graduates from targeted schools to prepare them for a significantly larger role within Bobcat's Global Operations group upon completion of the program. You'll have the opportunity to take part in all levels of the organization, working with others to analyze areas for improvement and provide process enhancement suggestions. Your assignments may be comprised of roles in: Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Product Planning and Inventory Control, Sourcing Analyst, Logistics, Packaging, Plant Operations and Lean Promotions.
