David Rowles Appointed President, Bobcat Americas

WEST FARGO, N.D. — September 2006

David Rowles has been appointed president, Bobcat Americas, effective September 1, according to Richard Pedtke, president, Ingersoll Rand Compact Vehicle Technologies. Bobcat Company is a business of Ingersoll Rand, a diversified industrial firm. Rowles replaces Scott R. Nelson, who recently accepted the position of president, Bobcat European Served Area, where he will support Bobcat Company's long-term global expansion goals to better serve its dealers and customers worldwide. Rowles will be based out of Bobcat Company's West Fargo, N.D., headquarters.

Rowles brings nearly 29 years of experience with Ingersoll Rand to Bobcat, most recently serving as President of Utility Equipment for Construction Technologies. His previous experience as Bobcat's sales and marketing leader for Asia Pacific/Latin America, as well as in the capacity of Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Club Car, will enable David to quickly transition into his new role.

"David brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Bobcat Company," Pedtke said. "His knowledge of the construction market, experience in dealer distribution and proven leadership will be advantageous to Bobcat as we continue to develop and implement our long term growth plans."
