More Powerful High-Flow Hydraulics Improve Attachment Performance

40-in. planer

The 40-in. planer operates even better with the new high-flow option.

The new high-flow auxiliary hydraulic option available on large-frame Bobcat® loaders enables Bobcat attachments to do more work than ever.

“The increased hydraulic flow means better performance for high-flow Bobcat attachments,” says Tom Tamlyn, Bobcat loader product representative. “This is especially useful for improving production of attachments that demand a lot of hydraulic power, such as the high-flow auger, planer and wheel saw.

Depending on the model and control configuration, the new high-flow maximum flow ranges from 39 to 40.5 gallons per minute. That’s a 29 percent increase over the previous system. The system pressure remains at 3300 psi.

Here are the various Bobcat loader models, control configuration and their respective flow rates:

  • T250 and T300 compact track loaders with standard controls or advanced hand controls (AHC): 39 gpm.
  • A300 all-wheel steer loader: 40 gpm.
  • S220, S250 and S300 skidsteer loaders and T250 and T300 compact track loader with selectable joystick controls (SJC): 40.5 gpm.
