Construction for a Cure

430 and T180

When a colleague's wife was diagnosed with breast cancer, contractor Will Grosz put his Bobcat® equipment to use to raise money to find a cure. Grosz is the owner of Wigro Construction, based in Troy, Ohio. His construction firm works with utility companies to install underground electrical lines in the area. Grosz painted his Bobcat 430 compact excavator and T180 compact track loader pink to generate awareness about breast cancer and to raise funds for Susan G. Komen for the Cure. "I take 10 percent of the money I earn from renting out the machines and donate it to the foundation," Grosz says. He hopes to raise approximately $4,000 for the organization in 2009.
