Ingredients

  • 1 flour tortilla
  • 1 Tbsp. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • ½ of a medium apple, sliced (about ½ cup)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Spread tortilla evenly with cream cheese and peanut butter. Top with apples. Roll up and serve. Or, roll up, wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
  • 3 Honey Maid honey grahams, finely crushed
  • ? cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • ? cup flour
  • ¼ cup Planters walnut pieces
  • ? cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, divided
  • ½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 6 cups peeled Granny Smith apple slices (about 5 medium apples)

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix oats, graham crumbs, ? cup each of the brown sugar and flour, the walnuts, butter and ½ tsp. of the cinnamon until well blended; set aside.

Mix ½ cup brown sugar, 2 Tbsp. flour and remaining ½ tsp. cinnamon in large bowl. Add apples; toss to coat. Place in 8-inch square baking dish; sprinkle with the oat topping.

Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until apples are tender. Cool slightly.

Ingredients

  • 6 medium apples
  • 1 bag (14 oz.) Kraft caramels
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 30 Ritz crackers, coarsely broken
  • ¼ cup colored sprinkles, chopped nuts or crushed Oreos (as pictured)

Directions

Insert one wooden pop stick into stem end of each apple; set aside.

Place caramels in medium saucepan. Add water; cook on medium-low heat until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly.

Dip apples in caramel mixture. Immediately roll bottoms of dipped apples in crackers, then in sprinkles. Place on wax paper-covered baking sheet; let stand 30 minutes or until caramel is set. Store the apples in the refrigerator up to 2 days.
