Qualified service technicians

Factory-trained Bobcat service technicians are available at dealerships to help maximize the life of your Bobcat® compact equipment and uptime. Bobcat service technicians are required to keep up with the latest technologies, including new off-road diesel engine changes that affect Bobcat compact equipment. Those include interim Tier 4 and Tier 4 non-road emission requirements and corresponding engine technology. A majority of Bobcat dealers may be able to respond to your on-site needs with a field service truck, making it more convenient for you.

Maintenance programs

Bobcat dealers offer two maintenance programs to identify potential machine-debilitating issues before they occur, as well as perform routine service or periodic maintenance. BobCHECKsm is a free multi-point inspection of items that require routine service, adjustment or maintenance, such as hydraulic, drive and electrical systems. As part of the check, Bobcat service technicians use an online system to help troubleshoot and expedite repairs, and Bobcat equipment-specific diagnostic monitoring tools help technicians analyze machine performance quickly and accurately.

For periodic maintenance, Bobcat dealers offer a service agreement called BobCARE PMsm. It is a planned maintenance program that helps owners maximize uptime and protect the machine’s residual value. The program can be customized to your preferences, and you’ll know that your Bobcat equipment is being serviced properly with genuine Bobcat parts.

Genuine Bobcat parts

Bobcat dealerships readily stock genuine Bobcat parts and component-specific fluids and lubricants. Commonly used Bobcat fluids such as engine oil, grease, hydraulic fluid and antifreeze/coolant are designed for use in Bobcat compact equipment. A good reason to purchase genuine Bobcat parts is because they’re covered by a warranty. Items such as batteries and fluids are covered under the warranty, too.

Personalize your machine

Personalize your Bobcat compact equipment and attachments with a variety of options and accessories. Enhance your experience in a Bobcat machine with the addition of a cab enclosure, ride control or heavy-duty radio. For improved security, Bobcat offers a keyless-start kit. Simply enter a code and press the start button to get working. Keyless start prevents unauthorized use of equipment and eliminates the need for keys (and trying to find them).
