WE ARE TOUGHER TOGETHER.
Learn how we're doing our part during the COVID-19 health crisis.
We’re committed to supporting our employees, dealers, customers and communities as the situation with COVID-19 evolves.
Because Doosan Bobcat is a manufacturer within the critical infrastructure sector, as designated by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, we’ve continued to operate during the pandemic. We consider this designation an honor and are focused on protecting the health and safety of our employees and the communities in which we operate.
We’ve enacted measures throughout the company to help keep our employees safe. These include meeting or exceeding all guidelines from state and federal governments, conducting temperature screenings, providing personal protection equipment, following social distancing guidelines, cleaning and disinfecting our facilities more frequently, limiting visitor access and other necessary steps – all of which will remain in effect for the foreseeable future.
As the pandemic disrupts global supply chain operations, we’re taking appropriate actions to adjust our plans and timelines while continuing to provide the support and service our dealers and customers need.
Each day, we work to protect the well-being of our employees, strengthen our future and ensure business continuity during this unprecedented crisis. Thank you for your continued support and interest in Doosan Bobcat.
Local Bobcat dealers remain committed to supporting our customers. Whether you need help with planned maintenance, want to buy parts or are ready to buy a new machine, your local dealer can help. Many dealers are providing service in unique ways – including video machine walkarounds, lockers for parts pickups and deliveries to customers – along with other appropriate health precautions.
We’re committed to supporting our communities, so knowing that health workers needed help in battling COVID-19, we went to work. Bobcat engineers shifted gears to develop and manufacture protective face shields, and delivered them to nursing homes and healthcare facilities in North Dakota and Minnesota. We’re proud to have done our part. Many thanks to the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Ford Motor Company for inspiring our design.
We continue to enact measures to protect employees and visitors. This includes travel restrictions, remote working capabilities, social distancing, additional cleaning and disinfecting of facilities, limited visitor access and other necessary steps. As a company, we continue to follow all guidelines and directions from state and federal governments, with the goal of helping to limit the spread of the virus.
