Bobcat D120S-9 Forklift Helps Jensen Infrastructure Handle Heavy Concrete

Published on 3 de abril de 2026

At Jensen Infrastructure, moving large concrete products safely and efficiently is critical. With the addition of the Bobcat® D120S-9 diesel forklift, the Jensen team is gaining better visibility, comfort and control—helping them deliver higher-quality products to their customers every day.

At Jensen Infrastructure in Puyallup, Washington, nearly everything that leaves the yard plays a role in keeping roads, highways and communities moving. From concrete highway barriers to other precast infrastructure products, the materials are large, heavy and demanding to handle.

For Bryson Bush, Jensen Plant Manager, and the team, having the right equipment isn’t optional—it’s essential.

“An average piece of concrete is probably 6,000 to 10,000 pounds,” Bryson says. “It’s important to have a larger forklift to be able to stack and organize in a safe manner.”

That need for strength, stability and precision is what led Jensen Infrastructure to the Bobcat® D120S-9 diesel forklift. After operating many different forklifts over the years, Bryson says the D120S-9 stood out immediately. Designed for heavy-duty applications, it delivers the power required for large loads while giving operators the control they need in busy yards.

Operator visibility and ergonomics are huge advantages to Bryson and his team. “I’m able to look any direction on the lift and see what’s going on, see if I’m getting close to the trucks,” he explains. “It’s a nice feature.” With controls placed within easy reach and minimal operator strain, the D120S-9 allows him and his operators to stay focused on the task instead of constantly adjusting their position.

Bryson also marks serviceability as another standout feature: the D120S-9’s tipping cab provides quick access to its hoses and hydraulics, reducing downtime and simplifying routine maintenance.

When paired with strong dealer support from MidColumbia Forklift, or MidCo, Jensen Infrastructure keeps their equipment running and projects on schedule. “If there’s issues with our equipment, they’re quick to come out and take care of us so we can get back up and running and deliver to the customers,” Bryson says.

From maneuvering into tight spaces to staying comfortable on hot days, the Bobcat D120S-9 is built to deliver. As Jensen Infrastructure looks ahead, the forklift is set to play a key role in daily operations.

“We’re looking forward to adding this D120S-9 to our fleet,” Bryson says. “It’s just going to help us deliver better products to the customers.”
