WEST FARGO, N.D. (Oct. 20, 2026) – Bobcat Company, a global equipment, innovation and worksite solutions brand, has enhanced its L65 and L95 compact wheel loaders with updated operator controls, a 15 percent increase in hydraulic pressure and expanded attachment compatibility, helping improve efficiency, versatility and performance across material-handling applications.

“These updates were designed around how operators use compact wheel loaders every day,” said Michael Wetzel, Director Product Management, Bobcat Company. “Operators often switch between a variety of material-handling and attachment-based tasks throughout the day, and these enhancements were designed to help them work more efficiently, maintain control and get more from the machine across a wider range of applications.”

Updated Cab and Controls Enhance the Operator Experience

A standard enclosed cab features an updated layout designed to streamline operation. The new multifunction joystick integrates auxiliary controls, enabling operators to manage attachment functions while keeping their hand on the joystick.

Additional enhancements include a standard rearview camera, keyless start, an optimized keypad and jog shuttle layout, a new lights and wiper control lever, an automatic ride-control button and a standard radio on the L95.

Customizable drive-response and workgroup-response modes allow operators to fine-tune responsiveness for smoother operation, greater precision and improved efficiency across changing tasks and jobsite conditions.

Hydraulic and Attachment Updates Strengthen Performance and Versatility

Hydraulic pressure has increased 15% to a maximum of 3,408 psi, supporting greater breakout force and stronger attachment performance in demanding material-handling applications. The loaders are now compatible with additional attachments, including the box blade HD, box blade, planer, dozer blade, stump grinder, wood chipper, soil conditioner and flail cutter, expanding operators' versatility across a wider range of jobsite tasks.

A standard seven-pin attachment control connection enables automatic identification of compatible Bobcat attachments. Combined with advanced attachment control capabilities, operators can manage attachment functions while independently controlling engine and travel speed for greater precision in loading, grading and other applications.

Performance Built for Material Handling

Beyond the latest control and hydraulic enhancements, the L65 and L95 continue to deliver the bucket capacity, lifting capability and travel speeds compact wheel loader operators rely on for productive material handling. A 40-degree articulation angle also supports maneuverability around buildings, stockpiles and other jobsite obstacles.

The L65 and L95 continue to offer distinct performance options based on application requirements.

The L95 is designed for higher-volume material handling, featuring a 1.08-cubic-yard bucket, a rated operating capacity (ROC) of 3,981 lbs. with the bucket straight and travel speeds up to 24.9 mph. The L65 offers a 0.85-cubic-yard bucket, a ROC of 3,160 lbs. with the bucket straight and travel speeds up to 16.8 mph. Together, the two models give contractors, landscapers and agriculture operators options for matching bucket capacity, lifting capability and travel speed to their material-handling needs.

The Bobcat L65 and L95 compact wheel loaders will be available through participating Bobcat dealerships across North America beginning in mid-October.
