Bobcat Starts Production of New T650 Compact Track Loader
Published on: 24 August 2026
A proven platform. More power. More capability. The new T650 is now rolling off the production line. Bobcat has started production of the new T650 compact track loader at its manufacturing plant in Dobris, Czech Republic. Combining the proven capabilities of Bobcat’s 600-frame M-Series platform with the latest Stage V engine technology, the new T650 is built to deliver the power, application-focused performance and uptime that demanding jobs require.
Powered by a reliable 2.4-litre Bobcat engine delivering 55 kW (74 HP), the T650 is fully Stage V compliant without the need for AdBlue. Its robust steel frame, efficient cooling system and vertical lift path make it ready for demanding applications, while the 1192 kg rated operating capacity provides plenty of muscle for truck loading, pallet handling and earthmoving.
Katinka Kincses, Bobcat Product Manager for loaders, commented: “The new T650 brings together everything operators expect from a Bobcat – toughness, power and agility – with a level of comfort and refinement that makes a real difference on the job. It’s a compact machine that packs a serious punch, with precise controls, excellent visibility and fast cycle times to help operators get more done.”
Built to work. Ready for more.
The T650 is designed to take on a wide range of applications and work with Bobcat’s extensive portfolio of attachments. The proprietary Bob-Tach mounting system makes attachment changes quick and easy, while optional High-Flow hydraulics open the door to even more demanding applications.
The machine also comes equipped with Machine IQ telematics as standard, providing operators and fleet managers with valuable machine data to help monitor performance, optimize utilization and keep equipment working.
Despite its compact footprint, the T650 offers impressive visibility and operator comfort. Its forward-positioned cab and fully transparent door provide a clear, direct view of the attachment and work area, while powerful LED working lights help maintain productivity when the light starts to fade.
From confined urban jobsites to demanding earthmoving applications, the new T650 is built around a simple Bobcat philosophy: more capability in a compact package.
