We have a long history of community involvement – supporting our employees in charitable contributions and volunteer organizations. Every year we partner with nonprofit organizations as part of our Doosan Day of Community Service, when hundreds of our team members volunteer their time in their local communities. Through these efforts, our teams have the chance to forge relationships not only with each other, but with members and organizations in their surrounding communities.

Remanufacturing, recycling, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, monitoring energy usage and reducing waste are just a few examples of how we’re minimizing the impact we have on the environment and helping our customers do the same. Every day we leverage technology and innovation to become more productive while using resources more efficiently.
Education 
Education
Ensuring a promising future for the compact equipment industry starts with strong educational opportunities that will build the next generation of innovators. We are proud to support diverse STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) programs through monetary donations in the form of scholarships for STEM students, our scholarship program at North Dakota State University and our Doosan Discovery Grant program. We also strive to foster positive growth in our local communities through STEM outreach and hire hundreds of college students through our competitive intern and co-op program.
STEM Outreach
Our teams celebrate annual STEM “holidays” and initiatives like National Engineering Week, Computer Science Week and more by volunteering their time to facilitate hands-on activities designed to inspire students to consider careers in STEM fields.
Natural Disaster Relief
Bobcat equipment is often at the forefront of helping communities recover from natural disasters. When you see a news story involving disaster recovery, more often than not you will also see familiar white equipment on the scene.
