Stolen Bobcat Report - Where do I report my stolen machine?
Please report any stolen equipment to local law enforcement and your local Bobcat dealer. Your dealer will be able to assist you. That information is then stored in our serial number database, should the machine be brought into a dealer for service.
Serial Number - What year was my machine manufactured?
For information on the year of manufacture of your Bobcat product, you may use the online Service Issues Form or call Customer Service at 800-743-4340.
Serial Number - Where is it located?
Serial numbers are located in various places on Bobcat® products depending on the type of equipment, series, and year of manufacture. View this webpage for a quick overview of where your serial number is located. For additional information, review your operation and maintenance manual or contact your local Bobcat dealer for additional assistance.
Operating Weight — What does this include?
When Bobcat Company publishes the operating weight of a machine it includes the machine with a standard bucket, full fluids (including fuel) and a standard size operator. Find this and all other specs in the product pages.
Used Equipment Search — Where can I find used machines?
We have a website that allows you to search for pre-owned construction equipment at authorized Bobcat dealers in the United States and Canada. Review product descriptions and photos, check prices and contact the selling Bobcat dealer directly.
Used Equipment — What is my machine worth?
Your used Bobcat equipment is best evaluated in person by your Bobcat Dealer, but for comparison purposes, you may also wish to visit our used equipment website.

Manuals — Can I order a parts manual?
Parts, service and operation and maintenance manuals may be ordered from any authorized Bobcat dealer parts department. In addition, Bobcat Company offers manuals on its Bobcat Store website.
MSDS / Data Sheets — Where do I get them?
To obtain Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), please contact your local Bobcat dealer.

Pricing — Can you provide price quotes?
Complete the price quote form to receive a custom quote from your local dealer. They will reach out to further identify your product needs and share information you need to make a purchase decision, including available models and specs for the product category you select, machine features and compatible attachment information, optional packages and current offers.
Dealer List — Can I get a list of Bobcat dealer locations?
Bobcat Company protects the privacy interest of its dealers and does not share this information. You may find individual Bobcat dealer locations using the Dealer Locator.

Please contact your local Bobcat dealer for parts related purchases or questions.

Hydraulic Fluid - What do you recommend?
Bobcat recommends you use Bobcat hydraulic/hydrostatic fluid because it is a unique custom blended fluid made from the finest base oils and additives to meet stringent Bobcat Engineering specifications for quality and reliability. It is the same premium fluid as factory fill.
Bobcat fluid is a special blend of quality lubricants designed to provide optimum flow at subzero temperatures, yet maintain excellent stability during periods of high temperature use. Off-the-shelf hydraulic fluids cannot duplicate the Bobcat formula, which is colored orange to distinguish its uniqueness.

With the brand transition of RYAN turf products to Bobcat in 2023, a new lineup of Bobcat-branded turf renovation equipment, including aerators, sod cutters and dethatchers was introduced. Doosan Industrial Air
With the brand transition of Doosan industrial air products to Bobcat, a new lineup of Bobcat-branded industrial air compressors launched in 2023. To receive support for historical Doosan industrial air compressors, including service and parts contact your local dealer.
Doosan Industrial Vehicles (Forklifts & Warehouse Vehicles)
With the acquisition of Doosan Industrial Vehicle in 2021 and the subsequent brand transition of products to Bobcat in 2023, new models of forklifts and warehouse vehicles have been added to the existing product lineup. To receive support for historical Doosan forklift and warehouse vehicle models, including service and parts, contact your local dealer.
Doosan Portable Power (Portable Air Compressors, Portable Generators, Light Towers)
Doosan Portable Power products were transitioned to Bobcat branding in 2023, including the introduction of a new lineup of portable air compressors, portable generators and light towers. BOB-CAT Mowers - Where do I find support - including parts?
With the acquisition of BOB-CAT mowers in 2019, Bobcat Company now offers a full lineup of mowers. We offer six different platform sizes of zero-turn, stand-on and walk-behind mowers with a wide range of deck and engine sizes to suit your needs. To find part numbers for historical BOB-CAT mowers, please go to the parts portal. Reach out to your local dealer for other service and support.
Bobcat Feller Buncher — Where can I get information?
The Bobcat Feller Buncher product line was discontinued in 1987 and the assets sold to Barko Hydraulics in Superior, Wisconsin. It is no longer in production, but please contact Barko for information.
Spra-Coupe Sprayers — Where can I get information?
The company sold the Melroe Spra-Coupe product assets to AGCO Corporation in 1992, and the product was discontinued in 2013. Contact AGCO for parts and service information.
Earthforce Loader Backhoes — Who do I contact for parts?
Bobcat acquired the loader backhoe product line from EarthForce in 2001 and discontinued the line in 2006. Please contact your local Bobcat Dealer for parts and service.
