Undercarriage Systems

ENGINEERED FOR DURABILITY & COMFORT

Built to take on tough terrain, Bobcat® undercarriages on Classic and Pro compact track loaders deliver the strength, reliability and ride quality you can count on. Wide rollers extend track life, while dual-flange idlers maintain track alignment and ground contact for a smoother, more comfortable ride. Protected hoses and drive motors stand up to debris and wear, ensuring lasting performance. And with three proven options – solid-mount undercarriage, 5-Link torsion suspension and roller suspension – you’ll move confidently through every job, day after day.

Solid Mounted Suspension

Standard on all compact track loaders, the solid-mounted undercarriage suspension system, delivers the strength and durability.

Its robust design provides a smooth ride and dependable support through every phase of the job. Dual-flange idlers keep the track aligned, while the wide rollers ensure optimal ground contact.

The hoses and drive motors are positioned within the frame to help protect them from any potential damage caused by debris.

Built for long-term reliability, this rugged undercarriage reduces vibration and maintenance – so you can stay focused on getting more done.

5-Link Torsion Suspension

Only available on Pro loaders, the 5-Link torsion suspension undercarriage is built for a smoother ride and long-lasting performance.

The added fifth link allows the undercarriage to move with the terrain, increasing ground contact and reducing vibration. The elevated sprocket helps shed mud and reduces debris buildup near the drive motor during operation, minimizing wear on key components.

Features such as forged steel parts and protected hoses work together to deliver next-level durability.

Roller Suspension

Available only on the T770 compact track loader, the roller suspension system uses steel rollers supported by high-strength leaf springs to help absorb vibration and smooth the ride over rough terrain.

Each roller can move independently as it encounters obstacles, allowing the undercarriage to better follow changing ground conditions. The result is improved ride comfort and consistent ground contact without sacrificing the durability operators expect from a Bobcat compact track loader.
